Why?

Keeping all the sites up to date (or atleast as up to date as I can!) takes time and (sometimes) money. Sometimes I can be lacking in the former and am definately lacking in the latter.

I used to be able to cover some of my hosting fees with banner ads, but since most ads are now screen hogging popups (and some seem to be infected with ad/spy-ware), I've removed them all. No ads = no extra money and this is where the shameless begging comes in.

How?

Content donations (such as news, images, media, etc...) are what I'm mainly asking for:

If you have access to high-quality images, can take screencaps, make video clips, or have fan works (such as wallpapers, videos, icons, ect...) that you can share, those are also more than welcome.

Sometimes I just don't have time to do extensive searching and other times I'm just not aware of what's happening! If you happen to come across any news please drop me a line.

If you can actually send a dollar or two my way via Paypal (though due to restrictions on my personal account, I can't take donations funded via credit card) that would be appreciated as well. Just send me an email so I can give the email address to send donations to.

Also, in a joint effort to make some room in my room and to pay for the sites, I've set up an online garage sale of sorts at Pam's Garage. It's mostly back issues of magazines, but there are also some promotional materials and other items that might be of interest. Take a look there!
